Awesome!!! You are helping me prove that us old men still have it. Youth is not just for the young.
It took me a little longer to achieve similar results. I trained a lot and studied nutrition and physiology. Through https://edubirdie.com/research-proposal-writing-service I have found a lot of research on nutrition, tried many different workouts. This is really a very difficult time-consuming process, but you can be proud of yourself, you coped with it!
This all motivation which keeps you on the track and helps in getting through the hard times. Believe in positive outcome is a necessary element whenever you plan to achieve something.
