Site Certificate Problem

I'm getting popups for certificate name mismatch, very annoying.

Hello there,

What browser and device are you using?
Are you accessing this site through a bookmark?
If so, does the bookmarked link have https in it?

Yes, bookmark has HTTPS, points to my UserCP. Google Pixel 2 on Android 9 (Pie), up to date software. Dolphin browser app (works well with Lastpass, so not eager to change). If I tell it to 'continue', I get the site ok for the next few visits. If I clear cache on the browser, I get the popup again. I'm puzzled by both of the two opposing things. Why does only one browser seems to complain, and if it's a concern for one watchful browser, why don't the others complain. I'm only familiar with SSL from my experience with my club site (I'm admin), which has the cert set up for one domain and one dedicated IP for that domain.

When you bring the site up in Dolphin and click continue, does HTTPS get added to the sites URL or does it show as HTTP?

My post 3 above answers that. The initial browser bookmark I use already has HTTPS. Any other sub link from there is a JF internal link. Clicking on a subscribed forum link from within my UserCP is when I get the cert fail, not the initial UserCP load from the bookmark.

Hello there,

I'm not sure why the browser would give that warning as it's only alerting you on the security certificate info.
The expiry date on that certificate is on June, 3rd 2019 which will eventually be updated when the time comes.
Do you notice if this happens on another browser?

Sometimes, can be daily, I do something really embarrassing. This is one of those times. I just now found out that the Dolphin browser has a setting for 'show security warnings', which had been on. I just tuned it off. I'm good. Feel free to laugh at me and move on to real issues. 😁
