All you have to do is control the water temp and your good to go...I first tried it w/ a low flame and a thermometer. Be careful going down the sous vide rabbit hole, tho...next you'll need a Searzall propane diffuser for searing meat and duck breasts.:smile2:
It wasn't really grilled; I just seared it on the grill....couple mins....
