2.5 lb tomahawk, 3 hour bath, couple mins seared.....was salt brined overnight...awesome.

Baked potatoes very popular w. my girls....

I bought an Instant Pot recently and found one model has the Sous Vide mode but didn't buy that one. Looks great! I'd like to try it.
All you have to do is control the water temp and your good to go...I first tried it w/ a low flame and a thermometer. Be careful going down the sous vide rabbit hole, tho...next you'll need a Searzall propane diffuser for searing meat and duck breasts.:smile2:
