So I've gone through everything figuring out this vibration in the front end, had an issue the shop caused when they lifted it 4 inches resolved because pinion angle was not aligned correctly and got a custom double cardan driveshaft installed in the front and differentials were properly rebuilt beforehand but when I got the lift kit installed on my 2002 grand Cherokee with 4.7 installed had factory style CV driveshaft but still brand new on it and drove 600 miles till it was replaced and then found out pinion angle was so far off it would make your eyes hurt and shop fixed that with custom shaft was on it but yet still I have vibration at times, I can get up to 90 mph but around 80 mph I'll feel a strong pulse vibration and it feels like it's making a weird noise at certain rpm sometimes. I'm thinking the vibration damaged bearings inside differential while driving with 700 miles but lift shop said they talked to rough country and that was impossible but that's the only thing that it could be, doesn't help that fluid seems darker now in front Dana 30 and everything has been redone prior. Should I have shop check inside front differential or look elsewhere?
