You talking about this one?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-98-Jee...Condition=3000

Or this kind?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Jeep-Grand-...Condition=3000

While that is not cheap for the 98 GC 5.9 one, first link, believe it or not this is the bottom half of the pricing I usually see on Ebay for these things.
I have seen them as high as $125. Don't know if they got that price but that was the asking price.
Even this one in crappy shape.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-98-Jee...Condition=3000

Can't believe the pricing for that one.

I got lucky about 6 years ago and picked up the 5.9 one for $30 shipped off Craigslist that I run in my '00 XJ.
In pristine, like taken off on day one and put in a closet, condition.
That is not the norm. LOL.

Thank you for the links. Can't believe what they want for a tire cover. I just want to use the wasted space.

Got that right.
Gotta tell you though. Every time I look at the 5.9 tire cover in my XJ I can feel a smile creep across my face.
Makes me happy.
Of course paying $30 for it might have something to do with that. LOL.
Anyway, being the Craigslist stalker I am I came across this just this morning:

The seller in Canada will sell me the nice one for 20 bucks plus shipping to the USA. Still a very good deal for a heavy duty tire cover with zipper pockets.

Which one in the picture?
The dark one with the pockets?
The 2 of the same in front on the right?
If so at $20 plus shipping if it is in decent shape that is a steal.
Just so you know.
That flap is Velcroed to let you get at the 4 pockets.
There is still a zipper there to so you can get in there to tighten up the spare when in place.
You will see when you get it.
Congrats.

Thanks for the info.
I don't care about the color, just not torn. I'm sure the elastic is weak due to age but expect that. He said he would pick the best one for me.

He sent me the one for the top of the line Grand Cherokee V-8 Limited. He has several more left over.
He has sent it all ready via USPS with a tracking number. How he did that being in Canada is beyond me?

I just recently shipped something to Canada from the US with the USPS.
I want to say the USPS tracking number stayed the same throughout the whole shipment.
Thinking the same would be in reverse.
The thing that caught me off guard was I had to fill out some customs paperwork.
