Zone 4" Wj Lift

I choose the ZONE 4" short arm lift, and added the front sway bar links for my 04 WJ Limited. Total cost, shipped to me was just under $800. The kit includes a lot more than most other companies offer, and at a cheaper price. I was nervous after reading some of the negative feedback that the kit was getting, but after seeing a few other folks on here that love the lift, and debating for two weeks between the ZONE or IRO, I felt the ZONE offered a lot more for the money. On top of the kit, I also added KOR 3/4" spacers, front and rear, and IRO's Dual SS kit.

The install was a breeze. I was lucky enough to use a lift but even if I had to do this in a driveway, it would have gone just as smooth. I don't think that the instructions could have been any more straight forward. ZONE includes pictures in their instructions, something that IRO doesn't, and it helped out a lot being able to compare your own results to a picture.

I've driven my Jeep for 2 days now, after having it aligned, and i must say, the ride is better than I thought it would be. In NO WAY is it better than stock, but it rides fine, and I have no complaints. The Springs are VERY stiff, but the shocks ease the bumps very well.

All in all, i would recommend this lift to anyone considering going 4" on a WJ. Dave at ZONE is a great guy to talk to, and can answer any questions that you might have.

Here is my Jeep with KOR's 2.5" BB

Here's it with the 4" lift

i'd say the quality is top notch. The new track bars are total beef, so are the sway bar links. IRO is a great company, they really are, but for the money, ZONE beats them hands down. Alot of guys will chime in and say i'm wrong, but IRO costs 749+Shipping, and doesn't come with an A arm spacer or any control arms. Yes, the ZONE comes with both, and even though the control arms aren't adjustable, it's still better than nothing. The IRO lift+ A arm spacer is gonna be 850+shipping (still no control arms), Zone is 800 Shipped (with front sway bar links added).

In no way am i bashing IRO, I run alot of their products, it just made more sence to me

Apollo21 is running this kit too. Look up his name, and you will find his build thread. It's really a great kit, I couldn't be happier

hey i have been running this lift for about a year or more and still love it. the springs settle a little and the ride gets way better. pretty soon ill be adding 3/4" spacers UCA's and 33's. keep us updated about the ride with the spacers.

glad there are people out there that dont just jump on iro because everyone told them to

Thanks for the positive feedback. Often times customres don't take the extra time to post good reviews. Just in case some of you guys missed this - check out this WJ trip with our lift kit on it. I think this speaks for the quality of our parts being something that you can depend on. It's a bit difficult to translate, but there is some good photography.

wow that's pretty amazing! yeah, i think most of us would love to make that trip! says on your site max tire size is 31" x 10.50" when this guy's running 32"s. When adding a 2" BB think i can fit 33's under there without cutting?
