WJ Windshield Wipers Issues

I am currently having issues with my 04 GC, the windshield wipers are not working and it doesn't seem to be an easy fix. I have replaced the motor as well as the multi function wiper switch. I do know the wiper motor is working as I can get one speed out of it by applying 12v to it which I have done.
Also the windows on the passenger side don't work nor do the locks from that side. What actually controls the wiper system? As it seems I am replacing one part of the system at a time so whats next? At this point I am open to any ideals.
Thanks.

Have you checked or changed out C1 (circuit breaker 1, 20amp, wipers) in the fuse/junction block on the far left underside of the dash? Here's a diagram of the box and it should be on the top right.

http://www.wjjeeps.com/fuses.htm

On the passenger side windows/locks not working check the boot for cuts/broken wires on the passenger side front door jam. It's also a good idea to check the driver's door jam wiring for breaks/cuts since they're more common on the driver's door since it's used more.

I switched the C1 and C2 around and checked both breakers as well. I put them back in original slots as well.
Most likely something simple when its all said and done with.
Thanks for your reply.

You switched relays- is all OK now? IDK?

Do we need toget the diagrams out?

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.

Sorry about that slip up. No they are still not working. And the rains are getting closer. LOL. The BCM might be in its future as it seems I am replacing one piece at a time.

Jtec,
Just checked and I do have voltage on 87 and good ground on 85.
Yes its my front wipers that don't work. The front washer works and the rear wiper and washer works as well. Just my front wipers are out on any speed. I have replaced the motor with a know working one as well as the switch.

ok lets be sure we are answering questions. Yeah I left out some details and its all details.

There are 2 relays - With KOEO did you confirm NO ground on BOTH cavitys #85?

I will get the diagrams pulled up and look for next step.

Jtec and others,

On the #32 wiper on/off relay I have 12.9 volts on #87. 12.9 volts on #85.

#87A shows ground. 30, 86, 87 all show 0 voltage.

On the #33 High/low relay I have 12.9 volts on #85. 87A shows ground.
30, 86, 87A all show 0 voltage.

These readings were all taken with KOEO.

Looking forward to your reply.
