Very nice, what trimming did you have to do to fit the 36" tires? When you say spacers, do you mean on the springs or wheels spacers to put the tires outward? Where did you get your new axles, what brand? How did it drive daily around town and on the highway? Any more pictures you can post?

2-1/2" BB front - 2" BB Rear
245/75/16 Irok ND's - Factory wheels - no spacers
no rubbing at all... its close at full stuff in the rear however. sure i would if i had a factory bumper - because they rubbed before the lift without the bumper! sway bars still connected

Meet Chuck Wagon

3" IRO Lift with Bilstein 5100 series shocks, Crown Isolators, IRO Track bar
Factory JK Rubicon Takeoffs with BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM 255/75R17 tires
I had to replace 3 spring perches during lift install due to rust. I also replaced the rockers with 2x6 tubes. At this point, the wheel well liners are removed from the front, but no trimming. I think I am catching the front bumper when I come out of the driveway, not sure yet. Plan is to replace front and rear bumpers with custom. I have a front hidden winch mount coming and will build off of that.
Realized lift after install with wheels and tires 4.25".

Lift: Stock Upcountry 1in Lift (Also Added Rough Country .75in leveling spacer in the front to account for sagging springs)

Wheels: JK Rubicon 17x7.5, Backspacing: 5.50, Offset: + 31.75mm

Tires: 265/65R17 Wrangler Duratrac (30.6in)

Additional Information: Trimmed bumpers, relocated washer bottle, moved the horns, thinner fog lights, trimmed metal, hammered pinch seams and repainted the whole front bumper to get this size of tire to fit on 1in of lift.

Lift: 2 inch Spacers front and rear, Bilstein 4600HD shocks at all 4 corners

Wheels: Stock 17x8 WJ 5 Spokes....going for a more OEM Plus type look

Tires: 245/75R17 Goodyear All Terrains with Kevlar

Additional Information: Upgraded headlight bulbs, upgraded LEDs at rear and front turn signals, custom rear tire and fuel carrier, JKU factory rock rails, JKS HD Trackbar with Kevin's Offroad bushings and bigger bolt kit...with more to come (belly skid plate). Really want to keep this build simple and have the focus on getting out to more places in an overland fashion. I've done the rocks thing and I'm trying to keep things reliable this go round!

Lift - IRO 4.75" front / 4" rear, Bilstein 5100 shocks, new isolators all around, IRO adj front LCA, IRO fixed rear (for 4" lift) LCA, KOR rear UCA spacer, JKS adjustable track bar w/ram 2500 bushings, Addco rear sway bar, extended sway bar links front/rear, new ball joints.

Wheels/Tires - JK take-offs with BFG Mud Terrain 255/75/17, 1.5" hub-centric wheel spacers.

Trimming - Minor trimming of the front bumper.

It took a while, but I'm finally satisfied with the outcome!
