Wj Washer hose fitting through firewall

Need part number, source or inspiration for a fix. It looks like the WJ in my 2002 Overland has this long preformed hose for the front and rear washer fluid. Just through the firewall the end rotted off and now squirts right down the drain. I tried to slide what I thought was a grommet farther down the hose so I could have another half inch inside the trough then I could put the plastic 90 back in. Appears to be one formed piece.

Is there a source of a grommet or replacement grommet which will slide through the hose and fit tightly? I'd hate to have to get that big long factory thing and replace the stuff going to the rear wiper which is working just fine.

Anyone else fix this at some point?
