Swappable Bumpers

Hello All,
I just bought an '04 WJ & want to make some changes.
I never leave anything alone!
I want to swap in an '01 front bumper - if it's a simple swap. I like my headlights & don't want to change them.

Any one done this, or know of any mods are required to do the swap?
Thanks,

The only difference is the fog light openings. I would kill for round fogs so I can put a decent looking set of aftermarkets in there

I swapped my 1999 bumper cover for the 2004 just so I could have the round fog lights, they look great. The grille (1999) is not a perfect fit with the 2004 bumper cover, but it is better than good enough. If I change the header panel for the headlights I could use a 2004 grille. And those header panels never have broken off mounting tabs...

1999 Jeep WJ currently sporting four Yakima bars with many accessories...

So, I will probably have a very fresh 2004 cover for sale soon, w/ the round fog lights.

I made an offer on a '99 - '03 cover & am waiting for a reply.
If someone can tell me how to add a pic of it, I'd be happy to share, it's in excellent condition.

I type a reply, then hit "GO ADVANCED" where you'll find "ADDITIONAL OPTIONS" and then "Upload Images". Click on that and you choose your file. Open it and then you can preview it. Bam
