Scanner newbie with O2 sensor #'s, help please...

Ok I'm a newbie with OBD scanners but want to throw a few numbers out to see what they mean. I did about 15 miles 70mph live data, not flat so shifting in and out of OD. This is a 4.7 HO 226k miles WITH pre-cats. For O2 sensors both banks were consistent. Sensors 1 spent 70% of the time between 0.700-0.800, though would bounce as low as 0.80, 0.120, 0.220, but again, mostly 0.700-0.800. Sensors 2 stayed fairly consistent at 0.500-0.540. Same reads both banks. Any thoughts are welcome as I venture into scanner reading. So I'm not sure what should be happening here, if these are normal numbers or if either sensors or pre-cats are showing problems. Thanks in advance for all help offered.
