Good morning guys, I sent my car to make the engine in a bad workshop ...
Bad mechanics ... parts disappeared in the mess ... at the end i have to buy some parts again and one of them was the oil dipstick but as i didn't find an original for the wj2000 i ended up buying one from another truck that uses the same engine 4.7 powertech, I don't remember which vehicle(a dakota maybe).
Today I went to start the car and I think the oil is low but my doubt now if the size of the dipstick is the same as the grand cherokee 2000 4.7.
I would like to ask some forum user who have a wj 2000 4.7 that can tell me the length of his dipstick so I can check the length of mine dipstick.
Many thanks to the forum members for their help.
It is an aesthetic doubt since I always put the correct amount of oil in the engine, but as I usually check the level is necessary to have an oil rod that works ....
Thank you for your help, sorry for my bad English I'm from another country
