My castor is about 4.5, I don't have DW anymore, but was told that adjustable LCAs would be the only way to get her back to Jeep's recommended 6-6.5.......woops

The noise occurred with stock arms. I replaced with upper adjustable and lower oem while chasing the noise. Only after it continued with the new arms did I track it down to the track bar hitting the pumpkin.

Update

I spoke with a Josh yesterday who asked me to take some specific pics as well as get additional measurements.

I did so and emailed (4 times) them as well as called several times (6 per my call log) to follow up. Every call has been answered by a Brent and someone else with the response Josh is in the back in shipping. Still have yet to receive a single call back or email to my several from Josh since 11:30 yesterday.

Not sure what the problem here is. I have nearly 1200 bucks worth of IRO products on my rig and invested several hundred more chasing a problem (replacing control arms) that was in fact caused by their control arm hitting.

As today is NYE and then the weekend I assume I won't hear back now at this point until Monday... Kind of upsetting.

Just got a call from Joe at IRO. He said they think my track arm had a bad bend so they inspecting a new one and sending it.

Couldn't be happier.

Just hoping this fixes it!

*Dead thread RESURRECTO!!!*

I'd also like to know if it was fixed. After 3 years with this lift I finally found the source of my noise. You guessed it, my IRO trackbar is hitting my Dana 30 pumpkin under heavy suspension compression. I was changing my oil when I noticed a bare steel spot on my track bar.

In my case, I have 3'' IRO springs with their front long arm 3-link kit.

I think if I had more lift it wouldn't be a problem, but I like the height at 3''. The JKS track bar looks like it has a more severe bend in it, so I'm thinking that might be a solution.

Would a longer bump stop work? I ask because I have the same setup with no problems though I haven't flexed it much yet.

2004 Limited, 4.7 modded slightly, IRO 3" RockLink LA front, adjustable SA rear, Bilsteins, Addco bar, JKS disconnects. Coming attractions include 242hd, IRO SYE and Woods DS right after the new engine/trans..

Probably. The only time it hits is when I take a speed bump with a little too much gusto. I'll probably just leave it alone as it's become a 99% on road daily since I moved back to the East Coast.
