Gearbox not working Reverse

Last night i went out with my 2001 Grad Cherokee 4.0 with Quadra Trac 2
On a downhill, i noticed that the motor brake was not functional any more(that is for all gears).
The reverse is also not working at all.It feels like reverse is engaged but nothing happens when I accelerate , it feels like the clutch is worn out.
The thing is that D , 1 ,2 works perfectly , also when i put in Parking , the car behaves normally.
I must say that my tyre dimension is 3512.5-16 , maybe these tyres are a little too much for the gearbox?
