Fresh clay and wax

Spent all day Sunday claying and waxing my Jeep. Used buffer and 3 step wax process. Not too bad for 220k miles! Next up is suspension bushings because she caught the death wobble this weekend for the first time haha.

@BeetleCamry , we almost have twins. I spent Saturday morning detailing.

Weird, but I had my first, albeit mild, case of DW last week. I'll be installing new control arms soon.

The blue WJS are demanding a refresh haha. I have a theory that the warm weather has loosened things up a bit (bushings) and the driveline is more loose. Mine has never done it before and I don't know if it was just the way the bump was in the road, but man....this was it. Gonna hit up Kolak soon and start updating parts.

SUPER clean example man. Don't change a thing. That is the direction I am taking mine. Stock and preserved. They won't make SUVs like this ever again.

The blue looks great when it is clean and waxed!

I have had mine for almost 5 years, and it now has 281K miles. As far as maintenance goes, I'm down to the ball joints, control arms, and drive shafts. Everything else has been replaced. I have an adjustable track bar ordered. I'll be doing all the control arms during the summer months, and I'll probably order a front d/s soon. Kolak is the man when it comes to our WJs!

Sadly, my drivers side paint is Arizonafied, so I'd have to get her resprayed to be pretty.

Less guilt when I wheel though . . .
