Wj Floor pans

I know there has been some threads regarding floor pans for WJs. I was not able to find any good answer though.
Mine rusted out and I cannot find any replacement. Also there is no donors in my area to cut them out and weld them.
Do you know if there are any universal ones I could use or maybe from a different model? (not WJ) ? Also what's your opinion in using fiberglass cloth and resin for the repair.

Is the under side as bad? Does it still feel somewhat solid or it crumbling through?

It is bad underneath. I cut one out which was a real chore. All four pans need to be replaced. Plus driver side front fender well

Damn 2oldjeeps! And i was nervous to cut out a 2 fisted size hole in my rocker panel to fix some rust. You had alot bigger job than that going on.....Just goes to show that anything is possible if the bones are good....

IT took me three days to prefarb a floor pan. Since the frame is in not a bad shape I decided to challenge myself and do it

Have a question. How to seal those welds from underneath ? It's close to the exhaust pipe and catalytic converter so I cannot apply regular seam sealant due to high temperature

Final product:
I did it from one 18g metal sheet. All floor pans needed fixing. Other sections were replaced with 16g sheets. All welded. I used self etching primer and zinc primer for welding. After that, I used POR 15 for whatever I could protect against rust. Then, seam sealant and bedliner on top of that.
A hint for you guys, POR 15 loves zinc primers (those weld thru primers)
