I will try again tomorrow, but the bracket bolts are rusted on and I don't have an Impact. But I will soak them In WD-40 tomorow.

You haven't got PB Blaster over there have you - would work better than WD40.. believe me when I say this a can of Coke Cola works better, the fizz breaks through all the rust.

The exhaust hanger is screwed up because your engine mounts are allowing too much movement. Replace the mounts, reassemble the hanger and then all should be well.

Got some of this freeze off rust and bolts spray, so hopefully this will work.
