Electrical Gremlin?

So I have a 2000 wj, and I've been experiencing problems with the odometer cutting in and out, which now seems to be all non auxiliary power. Idles wierd, shudders while driving when the odo cuts out and resumes when it comes back on. I've replaced the alternator, battery, stripped back battery wires and replaced terminals, and even replaced the tensioner. There are no codes at all on my obd2 nor on the odo with the key dance. I'm in over my depth and if someone can just say "it's probably this", that'd save my life. I've got an important job lined up and this lovely pile is going to ruin it for me.

Sometimes the Crank Position sensor can go bad and not set a code. Also, if you're not getting any communication from your PCM, that's a bad sign.
