Crooked rear coil

Picked this Jeep up Saturday before last and I’m working through its “issues”.

Swapping out the rear axle assembly because the old one is bent. It has a rough country BB with I assume the correct RC shocks. The coil spring looks to sit very crooked and the other side not as much but definitely a little off as well. Any insight on this issue?

Crooked as in how? There could be a few issues. Easiest one would be that the spring isn't sitting in the isolater right so it's being bowed in a odd direction. Also there could be issues with the axles position. If you don't have adjustable arms the factory could be bent causing the axle to not be in line so the spring will not look right

I tried to add a photo of what it looks like. The spring is appears to sit further toward the back on the vehicle on the drivers side bottom. I believe the factory lower arms are correct but if they were longer it would possibly correct the issue.

Posting pics requires 10+ posts to the forum. I ran into the same problem when I joined and wanted to add pics.

So just wanted to give a somewhat update. When I pulled the old axle housing out from under the Jeep we noticed the housing was much worse then originally thought. Im putting everything back together over the next couple evenings but I believe the housing was so bad off that it was actually giving the appearance of the spring being crooked. Once everything is back together I will give another update. Thank you everyone

Finally got it all put back together and was able to test drive it tonight. The spring was not bent it was in fact an absolutely trashed axle housing.
