Any idea what my cladding paint code is?

I have an 04 Columbia with painted cladding. I can’t find my paint code for the grey metallic plastics (there is a code inside the door, but it’s not a 3 digit code…so nothing comes up. Must be an internal code).

Any ideas?

i could be wrong, but i'm remembering only certain colors came with painted trim parts, and they are the same color as the body. you obviously have a 2 tone color scheme, so i'm guessing you don't have painted plastic. i've seen solid black, that had obviously painted plastic parts, and silver. i don't know if this was done at the factory, or afterwards though, but i have seen those colors. yours looks blue, with natural colored plastic on it. again, this is just a guess.

I think the freedom and Columbia had a graphite cladding and bumpers like the wheels. Idk the paint code but your dealer will.

you could always run the vin into the vin checker, and it should give you the "as built" breakdown of your wj. (you can see the build sheet/window sticker) this should include paint codes, where applicable.

Thanks guys!

I’ll have have dealer do some digging. These Columbia editions are a bit elusive in many ways (as were their Freedom and Rocky Mountain counterparts). Lots of conflicting info on them. The build sheet merely states “exterior component colour” (9 indicate that the cladding is painted, instead of bare plastic…but doesn’t say anything else.

Check out under Radiant Silver badge, it says Exterior Component Color twice..?? I think that’s referencing the cladding being painted

Take your car to a paint seller, and ask them to match the shade Jon.
They will give you a RAL number,
The RAL number identifies the shade you need.

You may find you need 2 shades, one shade for one side, another shade for the other side.
Thes sun takes / bleaches the colour out of paint.
