4.0L Jeep Grand Cherokee - Adding some power

Hey guys, I've been wanting to add a little bit of power to my 4.0. I know I can't get too much more out of it, but I was curious if anybody has successfully gotten a decent increase in hp/torque while keeping the engine naturally aspirated.
What have you guys done to your 4.0 (besides turbos/supercharger) that has increased power?

For the 4.0...I have installed: Iridium Spark Plugs, K&N Air Intake, Superchips, Fastman TB.

Now, I think you could also upgrade the Internals of the 4.0 if you decided to also go that route.

Awesome!
Do the iridium spark plus really help?

Not looking to get that far into it, just simple bolt on mods. Planning on getting a different, high flow muffler soon.

I just did these mods not too long ago, and so not sure how much they’re helping.

I also just added a Flowmaster FX exhaust system (think it’s called).

My Kolak Exhaust is a nice upgrade for more power/efficiency. It replaces the restrictive main converter with a high flow unit that flows 50% more vs the stock one. The tailpipe and muffler also get upgraded.

An air intake such as the K&N FIPK will help a bit, and the Superchips Flashpaq is also a very nice upgrade.

Have you made any modifications at all thus far?

I added a Flux Capacitor. Works wonders. 0-88 in nothing flat.
