30.5 on 3in lift. Too small ?

Question for y’all, I’ve been searching through the forums to see how a 30.5 (235x75x17) or a 245x70x17 would look on a 3in lift. I’m not trying to stuff as much tire under the Jeep as possible , I don’t care if I have 30s or 32s. I’m looking for a tire that At all ranges doesn’t rub & with no trimming. I also like a little wheel gap. So What’s y’all s opinion on that size under that lift.

Exactly what I run on my 3" lifted Overland. I am on 245/70/17 BFG KO2's, I think they look fine, there is no rubbing at all, the gearing isn't too altered and the speedometer ain't too far out. In my opinion that tyre size has quite a lot going for it.

The other good thing is that the spare fits in the space in the trunk.

You decide if this tyre is too small for you. But it suits my use.

Note the sliders are back on now after repainting.

Thats the size i am running (245/75/16 on a 2" budget boost and it is BARELY tall enough to not trim, but i have a steel front winch bumper so i'm sure that helps. That being said, i am waiting on IRO and i'll be going to a 4" LA on 33's (255/85/16)
one of the key items is tire width and wheel offset as well to keep from rubbing on everything.

My Jeep had 255/70/17s on it with 3.5-4" of lift with zero rubbing
