Question UConnect Nav system giving different information

I have a 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude with the UConnect 4C Nav 8.4" system. When following directions on the nav system, the main touchscreen display will show 300ft to the next turn whereas the display in the middle of the instrument cluster will show 4711ft. No matter what the distance, the two differ greatly in scale.

Has anyone seen this issue before and know what the fix is? Apologies if this is covered elsewhere though I've search for the problem using various terms and can't find anything similar. Photos show the issue.

I have the dealer onto it but thought there may be something I can do rather than spend hours at the dealer waiting.

My RAM does a similar thing. The center info screen will say I have reached my destination, but the Radio screen says I'm a mile away, which is accurate.... I've only noticed it for the house, however. I have meant to check into it, but never got around to it.

Its kinda hard to believe the dash display is different than the radio, as the data comes from the radio..

I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory;

We're sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this concern. When you do have the opportunity to visit the dealer, please feel free to loop us in! If additional assistance is needed throughout your dealer visit, send us a PM. We'd be happy to connect you with a Case Specialist to assist.

Same here, I just bought a Grand Cherokee a week ago and exactly the same issue. It is very annoying and it made me turn onto wrong streets several times. Have you heard back from your dealer?

Glad to learn that my confusion wasn't my fault. If anyone gets an answer on this, please post back.
