Have 69k miles and around 2765 engine hours on my 2011 5.7. I was sitting in a gov 2015 Chevy van with 58k and it had 11700 engine hours. What's the normal on these WK2's with the Hemi? How many hours/miles are on your 5.7?

why is my jeep always breaking???

Depends on how much time you sit idling, many police cars have a lot of hours but low miles.

Or 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, sitting in slow moving traffic

Yeah it pretty much just idles or goes no more than 30mph. Every once and a while it ends up on the highway. The engine sounds awful. Needs to be put out of its misery.

I think that feature was available on pre-2014 WK2’s. My ‘14 does not have it.

It's in the EVIC center I think it was under vehicle info where coolant temp, oil temp, trans temp, and then last it says engine hours.

I have the 3.6l V6. I am a little under 3900. 2012 - 132k on the vehicle.

Using the hours could be a way to see if the vehicle has more highway miles than city miles. If more people post their hours and mileage it could provide data to help determine what type of miles were put on the vehicle. I bought my used so don't really know if the miles were mostly city or highway miles.

2011 V8, 90,000 miles, 1800 engine hours. This Jeep doesn't see much city driving or mall cruising .

Is there any way to check the engine hours on a 2019? I don't think I have that option...
