Gc hemi running hot

Went for a quick run to the boat ramp to test out my jet skis after a supercharger failure. On the way back my jeep was running hot and had a burning smell to it. Coolant temps were 236 in town while moving and oil was about the same. The trans was at 167 only. Theses seem high especially being 70 degrees today with no humility. No ac or heat on. Windows were down. 12 gc overland hemi. I've towed the same load when it's over 100 out with normal 210 temps. Thermostat has been changed 4 months ago due to it stuck open

Coolant level (check radiator level)?

Was the radiator fan spinning? At that temp is should be spinning near full speed.

Water pump failure ?

Some people think I'm stupid and I totally disagree. But my biggest fear is that me thinking I'm smart proves them right.....

Coolant level normal in both rad and tank. The fan did kick on for a few seconds here and there. Nothing constant. Water pump failure could be happening. With no load I've been at normal 200 temps
