Capless gas cap Issue Check engine light

I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, my capless gas cap comes right out because part that it snaps into tabs are broken. I keep getting a Check engine light and also can't use my remote start. Does anyone know if the name of part or part of the whole filler neck housing assembly? Also when I pulled out capless gas cap section there was an o-ring that I can not tell where it goes.
