Auto entry/exit, memory seat issue.

Hi all has anyone had an issue with their auto entry/exit, memory seats?
I have a 2020 WK2 Trailhawk and the seats aren't moving automatically and when I hit the memory seat rocker.
I have reset the memory seat position.
I have checked the UConnect settings and the box is checked.
Have I missed anything?
The mileage is right around 3,250.00 last time I drove it.
The warranty is 3 years, 36,000 miles right?
It's my wife's vehicle and she doesn't seem to mind. I do because she's short and it's a killer getting in it without manually moving the seats.
I appreciate any help anyone can give to me. I'd like to avoid a trip to the dealership.
Thanks in advance.

Did memory seats ever work for you? Ignition on, adjust seat, press S button, press a memory button, the cluster will display that the memory position is set.

If the set was successful but still no joy, sometimes the seats need recalibrated. I think in a 2020 thats moving the seat full backward and then full forward.

Are you two using the same FOB or different ones, are they linked?

You have warranty for 36 months after the Jeep was delivered to you.

I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory;

Hi thanks for the reply. I just noticed that I incorrectly wrote the mileage, it's 32,250.
The memory did work at one time along with the auto entry/exit, and we use two different key fobs that did hold the memory.
I'll try the calibration thing later on today and then see if that helps. I'm going to need to look at the owners manual and the UConnect manual about linking the two key fobs. I'll look at the service manual too. That may give another perspective.
I have time before 36,000 miles. An oil change is coming up and I use the Mopar oil change deal at the dealership, three synthetic oil and filter changes for $99.00 plus tax, a tire rotation for $15.00 and I'll see what they say about the seat thing if I don't figure it out before then.
Thank you for replying, I appreciate it.
