Affiliate pricing

Has anyone had any issues with signing the affiliate acknowledgement form?
It states that the person that signs the form, can not sue FCA for warranty problems.
I read that includes lemon's.
I don't want to put out $47K, and have a warranty problem that they won't cover.

Thanks for your insight.

Are you using the affiliate discount pricing program?

When I see the price of OEM I think aftermarket.
When I see the quality of aftermarket I think OEM.

They said for the best price, I need to use it. This dealer is actually giving me the best deal by far, of any I've been dealing with. They all gave me pricing using the affiliate pricing. This dealer said $46,910.04 out the door on a 2019 Overland 2BP pkg. Only one other dealer came close, but wouldn't budge any lower. Checking the pricing on Truecar and Edmund's, it seems I'm getting a good deal.

I just hope I don't have any issues with the Jeep at all, but if I do, I hope this affiliate thing don't create a hassle.
This will be our first ever Jeep, and first ever brand new vehicle.

I dunno the impact of the language, I've purchased four via affiliate pricing over the years, and two without as recently I could find much better deals via normal haggling. Never had an issue, but then none of them were lemons.

I was born with nuttin' and I still have most of it

I've only found one that was a lemon. A dealer was trying to sell it, and the Carfax showed that it was bought back as a lemon.
One of the reasons we considered a GC, is the reviews.
Although, reading some of the stories on here have me a little more concerned. As long as it gets fixed without issue.
