Does seperated after 10 years count...if so Scott AFB, IL still live 5 miles from there and work as a military contractor over at NGA in St Louis, which is an actual AF installation.

North Dakota, should be several places to go...it's in the middle of nowhere, anywhere you go is wheeling

Yeah, I dont see why not. I know Jerry B (dont remember how to spell his name) was in the AF back in the 70s or something like that. I know theres some more of you out there!!!

BTW, nice GC! Thats my favorite body style of the GCs.

Well I'm stationed at Ellsworth AFB in South Dakota. Just East of the beautiful Black Hills! Don't have a Jeep at the moment, but I did own a '95 Rio Grande from Feb. of 2004 until Nov. of 2006. Here she is...



Just after our recovery efforts and after passing through a few mudholes to test her out after the rollover...PASSED!


Most recent pic of my Jeep. Taken a couple months before I traded her in for my wife's Tucson. Do plan on getting a newer Wrangler in a few years...most likely after 2009 and I move back to PA.

I was stationed at Scott AFB from 95-99 and lived in the area for another couple of years after I got out. I still love it there. Here is a picture of my first Jeep, under water, behind Scott Lake.



This is after a day of mudding, parked in the dorm 1820 parking lot. Sweet tires.

I got here in 97, that first pic, must be before they closed off access back there. There were a couple of nice trails back in the woods there. I worked over at DISA, across from the skeet shooting place, and sometimes I would take off for lunch and drive back in there when I had my other jeep.

Does x USAF count--spent 5 years at Loring AFB, Maine as a B52G mechanic. Have some great shots of the BUFF's and scenery there!

Never say "I've got a gun." If you need to use deadly force, the first sound they hear should be the safety clicking off.

The average response time of a 911 call is 23 minutes, the response time of a .357 is 1400 feet per second.

22 Years active duty, now retired since 2004...spent 12 years in Germany, six at Nellis, the rest scattered around...now work for the SecAF/CSAF in the Pentagon...
