Jeep kk tail lights keep melting and wont light up

I have a 2011 jeep liberty kk sport and the tail light on the drivers side keeps melting the bulb to the circuit board. And this started about 6 months ago. Now when I hit the breaks the break lights wont light up. They will be lit when the headlights are on but once I hit the break they dont get brighter as they should.

I replaced the fuse and the circuit board and nothing and I'm just wondering if anyone else had this problem and the solution they used so I dont spend so much on parts and labor for a mechanic.

I don’t have a good answer but sorry that’s happening. I would look for a loose contact. It could be electricity arcing across a gap that causes the meltage. Other than that I am not sure what to check.
