I’m rebuilding an ‘89 with a 2.5. The donor trans is out of a ‘95 and I decided to swap bell housings and make it an external slave. I ordered a ‘95 flywheel, Pilot bearing (for the smaller shaft on the donor trans), pressure plate, all metal release bearing and clutch disc. I’m reading the ‘95 flywheel won’t work on the ‘89 motor. Do I need a JUST an ‘89 flywheel OR do I also need the pressure plate and clutch disc for an ‘89?
