Custom rear wheel stud help

So, I bought this 76 CJ7, with rear disk brakes. Normally, a heaven sent. However, on mine, I have loose wheel studs that I am fighting with. Instead of pressing into the axle (1 piece upgraded Dana 20), mine try to press fit into the rotor... which is mounted inside the axle. 3 of which spin.
Where would be a good source to go and search for aftermarket wheel studs.
