2007 Liberty - drivers side front tire noise.....

Hey everyone!

Really can use some help. 2007 Jeep Liberty, runs fantastic. Recently started hearing an odd noise coming from the drivers front tire. It starts around 30 to 40 MPH and gradually gets louder and dampens off at around 70 MPH. Does not subside or sound different going into turns. No vibration in the steering when driving. The intensity of the sound varies depending on the type of pavement I am driving on. When I hit the brakes to decelerate, it gets noticeably louder. The noise is definitely coming from the tire. When I rotate the tires, the noise is still occurs.

Alignment has been checked and is good. Bearings, brakes, rotors and the suspension (struts, controls arms, etc....) have been looked at by my mechanic, everything is good. He spent a good hour looking with me as a witness. All seals and boots are intact.

My mechanic, business that did the alignment and the location I bought the tries think it is simply the tire. But why only the drivers front???? It's not occurring elsewhere at all.

The noise is really driving me crazy and want to put a stop to it on way or the other before I start hating my Jeep.
