Computer panel

Hi,
I am an owner of a 2003 Jeep Liberty LTD edition 4x4 Sport utility. My question to the forum is if someone replaced the button lights in the panel as per the attached? The reason for asking is because there is no power on the lamps' connectors. It seems the power is controlled by the transistor shown on the second picture. Second thing is if it is possible the ordinary lights to be replaced with LED?
Thank you in advance!

Everyone I know with an EVIC just drops it down, and replaces the tiny little light bulbs that light up the buttons. Chasing components on a circuit board isn't something I'd do for the button lights.

Hi,
I was planning exactly the same. Unfortunately when I placed the new light bulbs they did not work. That was the reason why I measured the voltage and started chasing the circuit. There is no power on the tracks.
Would be appreciated if someone can help a bit more on the subject.
Thank you!
