2004 KJ - No Spark Troubleshooting

I have a 2004 KJ 4WD 3.7L V6. Recently I had just filled up, started up and prepared to pull away from the pump and the engine died. Had it towed back home. It has fuel pressure, it cranks, but there is no spark. What can I do to troubleshoot it?

This is the first coil on plug engine that I have had to troubleshoot on. No distributor or anything like that. With everything controlled by the computer is that the single point of failure? Should I remove it and take it to the dealer and see if they can hook it up and test?

O2 Sensors. This is a Liberty that I rebuilt the engine on a couple years back. Replaced the O2 sensors, but I do not know the quality of the cats. It sat with no engine for perhaps 5 years until I bought it.

EVAP - I had been getting this one off and on for a while and I was attempting to diagnose it. Replaced charcoal canister, purge valve, couple of other things (from another Liberty).
