Hello guys I need a big help here, in September of last year my wj start with a lot of vapor on the exhaust so I check it and I have water in cylinder 7 ( 04 HO). I didn't have the money and the time so I left it until today. Head out and surprise no sign of a leak in the head gasket so I suspect it's the head. But the main problem now is that the cylinder was with coolant, dried it and the coolant "eat" the chrome finish of the cylinder and left a rugged surface. This block came with a nicasil surface or something? Because this is quite strange. The head was perfect almost like new. So how can I repair this? How is this possible? No rust nothing just the OEM coolant.
