Jeep Information

Let December I blew my head gasket in my 99'WJ. I bought an 04' that had a destroyed rear end, but the engine ran great. It has taken a while, but I finally got the engine swapped out, but not I cannot get it to start. I believe that I have fuel, air, and spark. Is there something I'm missing, that is just a major woops?
I have the CPS and the CSPS hooked up, all the driveline components are connected. Should I have used the CSPS from the old engine? I did disconnect the old one from underneath the 04'. I refuse to admit defeat sending it to a shop, but I may just have to.
CPS is mounted where the distributor would have been, and I never took either of them out. CSPS is the oblong part that is mounted in the bell housing. Should I try to swap them before I go to a shop?
