CJs didn't come with track bars and shouldn't need one, being a leaf spring set-up. Coil spring/control arm suspensions are what need track bars. I'm not even aware of an aftermarket track bar made for CJs.
If it's all over the road, there's a reason for it that shouldn't require a track bar to fix. I'd start with inspecting spring and other suspension bushings, possibly a loose steering gear issue...

Being lifted with high arch springs makes wandering a lot worse. I had to use a track bar on my YJ with 6" SUA lift or it was dangerous. After going SOA with much flatter springs, the bar was not needed.

Stock?
Steering wheel centered?
Alignment checked?

I suggest you post multiple pictures of the Jeeps suspension. Having a look at what we are dealing with may shed light on the issue.

Hello
The customer bought the Jeep this way, he's stuck with it driving it as it is

I have been there done that checking and verifying the shackles, springs, steering gear box..
Spring bushings were replaced with the tougher polyurethane bushings front and rear of the Springs.
Steering box is NOT loose..
When turning the steering wheel the front end moves back and forth.
The front spring shackles seem to sway, or that's where the movement seems to come from.
33in tires don't help, 4in lift doesn't help.
Many thousands of people have done this set up, Somebody must have come up with a fix.

What is the length of the shackle? is there a welded bar between the two halves if they are longer than stock? drop pitman arm? draglink angle? tire pressure? there are still many things that need to be considered before throwing a track bar on the front. There are lots of fixes, pictures of the front end setup will help us make other suggestions at to what can be done to minimize the wandering.
