Death wobble on my new JK Sport 2016

I have a 2016 Wrangler Unlimted Sport I took out February. It is lifted 3" with Fabtec and Dirt logic w reservoirs. Tyres are only 285 70 17 on Rims 17 9,5. When I drive the desert hard it is fine and mostly when I drive down the highway BUT when I hit a little hole or a "manhole" with my right or left front wheel I get this death wobble, quite severe and I have to hit the brakes. I have a Fabtec brand new steering stabilizer, the axle is not damaged, the bolts are tight and the wheels aligned and balanced, the tyres are completely cleaned from sand BUT it still happens.
I have seen the question before but only on older models where one can assume things are worn and torn.
Does anyone in this forum have a clue what I can do to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance Peter Gustafsson

I know you say things are tight, but on a new vehicle you are unlikely to have worn parts so the parts that were touched during lift install are the most likely culprit .
