Product Information

I have a 91 wrangler. I've just put on a set of 2.5" lift procomp leafs and shocks. now the u-joint at the diff is binding. I tried to correct it by tilting the pinion up a bit with shackles that are 1" longer. No success. I'm going to drop the t-case by 1" next. I had no idea that 2.5" lift caused drive line issues or am i missing something

Comments: After checking some before and after measurements It turns out that the 2.5" lift actually lifted the jeep 3.5" in the front and 4" in the rear. I'm likely going to install an sye and be done. Oh, and i was told that the springs are meant to be closer to 3" with a + or - 1/2" tollerance. So consider the possibility of issues if your looking at pro-comp leafs. I've had my share.

Comments: Ok, so I did a 1" drop to the skid plate under the transfer case but the tcase won't drop. In fact i had to pry the plate down and wedge the spacers in with all six bolts out and two case bolts loose. I would appreciate any help.
