Pros: increased vehicle height, relatively easy install
Cons: budget lift

Comments: personally, this was a PITA to install because both of my LCA clevis bolts were seized; otherwise cake.

Price: $250.00
Pros: Looks awesome, handles well
Cons: It's lifted, so the expectation of a stock ride goes away.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I got this through a local off road shop. My shocks, being original, 119,000, 2000, shocks, had to be replaced. I spent the extra few bucks and go a RC 2" spacer, and N2.0 shock lift. Honestly fantastic.

Pros: Simple enough to install. If you replace the strut mounts with the Monroe OEM replacements, the bolts don't need to be ground down.
Cons: Instructions suggest that you can wedge the lifted front strut assembly in with the clevis attached, as if it is no big deal. This is the most difficult part of the project. You need to install the strut without the clevis, then attach it after the fact. I tore a CV boot and yanked out the half shaft trying it the other way. The rear lift is only about an inch - this is the "leveling" effect. In my case, it seems to have overcompensated.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Directions unclear, make the install appear simpler than it really is.

Pros: Lifts and Levels
Cons: None

Comments: Levels the front with the rear while lifting the entire Jeep. I got 2 inches in the back and 2 or more in the front out of it.

Price: $200.00
Pros: Cheap and clears 265s
Cons: very bad shocks
Recommended? No

Comments: The lift pucks are great quality. I only purchased this due to the price, i would not recommend it to anyone. It is definitely worth it to buy good shocks and to buy springs and eliminates the crappy pucks.

Price: $149.00
Pros: Cheap, reversible
Cons: rides a little skippy now, little more drama hitting potholes.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: The installation went ok-- the rear spacers are very easy to do-- 30-60 minutes each. The fronts are a pain--several hours each and you'll end up doing it a couple of times if you're OCD. renting external spring/strut compressors is critical. I was only able to install the fronts by putting the spacers in first, then shoving in the struts, then bolting it all together, this means I was only able to tighten 3 of the 4 shock mounts. if i'd trimmed the new bolts to about half their length then maybe I could have done it properly.

Price: $250.00
Pros: Easy installation, maintains stock ride quality
Cons: None so far.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: The lift allows for mild offroading while maintaining stock ride quality. It really gives your Jeep that sort of stance that you would want with a lift, provided you have bigger tires of course. I would definitely recommend the product to anyone looking for a more practical lift kit.

Comments: Good cheap lift, but leaves your suspension stiffer. Would still recommend for any one looking for a small lift on a budget.

Pros: Great quality. Good instructions. Great results.
Cons: None

Comments: Very pleased with my purchase. Installation was a little more difficult than anticipated, but that was due to a seized bolt on both lower control arms (D&P Side). Also added Monroe Load Levelers 58643 to the rear to gain another 1.5" and keep the raked stance.

Price: $225.00
Pros: Easy install, clear and concise instructions, quality products
Cons: Makes you want to go higher
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I needed new shocks regardless of getting a lift. I also wanted a little more altitude from possible body carnage from stumps and rocks. This kit was easy to install in a couple hours. You will definitely need coil spring compressors. Working on a lift would have been the cat's meow. Attaching the front spacers, it is very easy to strip the bolt on the sheetmetal, not the best design, but it works. The lift gives the WJ a much nicer stance. Looking forward to increasing my height.

Pros: Easy installation able to run 31s with trimming
Cons: Should have gone bigger I need to run 33s
Recommended? Yes

Comments: It's a nice kit for anyone that wants a little more ground clearance, when I bought this lift I did not know I was going to wheel any harder. I use the jeep just for hunt hunting and camping, but now really enjoy off roading, and looking at building the Wj into a expedition rig

Comments: Great lift kit for anyone on a budget, because of the steel spacers and the stiff shocks, I actually got 2.5" inches out of a 2" lift. Great things from Rough Country.
