Fuel where it shouldn’t be

Product Information

Got my Jeep back together this spring and put in my nice new “ebay guy” carb. So far it’s doing great on my 258. I noticed what looks like fuel on the choke plate and at the very top of the carb on the two circular parts. Is my carb getting too much fuel that it’s splashing around where it shouldn’t?
