River Raider Off Road - Project Jäger

We have been incredibly busy here at River Raider over the last 18 months. Unfortunately this has given us very little time to share current projects with our Jeep family. We have moved into our new shop and have taken on some major growth in our JK parts production, with some exciting new parts soon to be released! We have also been very busy with www.haukdesigns.com that allows our customers to purchase and finance complete built rigs. However we have two new projects that we will be debuting at EJS12 in only a few short weeks and I wanted to take the time to share each of these builds as they go through their stages.
This is the first one, the project Jäger.....

Rear Currie 4" coils - 190 shipped. (They've been sitting in the back of my Jeep for mock up but won't work out for me.)

Hornblasters Shocker S4 horn set with some extras $210 shipped. (It is not OBA, just an accessory for OBA)

"LCOG" isn't cheap and it certainly isn't easy. If you think so, you are doing it wrong. If you aren't willing to put in the effort, don't label your build "LCOG". You are just a cheap ******bag.

IndyORV- Dick and fart jokes, titties, throttle, flops, beer, tater balls, and good times.

We finished fully welding the fenders the entire length of the tube. This is how all River Raider fenders are built....

The Rock Krawler 3.5'' Long Arm 3-link Stretch System moves the rear axle back 8''. This is just the initial test fit. We will come back and show the complete suspension install in greater detail once we get the 1-ton axles under it.

The RK front lower control arm mounts fit up flush with the factory tranny cross member. This gives us the high clearance setup that we are looking for....

Next we cut the frame rails down front and rear to make way for our high clearance Rockster style bumpers....

Test fitting the TS-1 seats from twisted stitch.... We have used these seats before in our Sledgehammer project and found them to work extremely well....

Custom cage work begins....

Raceline makes some of the best bead-lock wheels you can buy... So how could we resist?!

They matched up perfectly with our 39.5''x16.5'' Pit Bull Rockers
