Got some work done tonight. Body is just sitting on the goat link mounts. May have to bend new front tubes because of clearance on driver side. We shall see.

As it sits right now, I have 3-4" hood clearance so I can drop the body down like I planned without needing to lower the engine.

I also found out I either built my chassis table 6" too tall or I'm not tall enough for it. The jury is still out.

I got bored the other day so here's a fun picture with my wife's pilot.

Panel came in today for stretching the tub. Only going to use the top few inches of it and make a filler plate for the test. It's not flat so I'm glad I'm. Not using the whole thing. All twisted and curved.

Still looking for a driver side LJ belt rail. If anyone has any leads, let me know. I can make one but if I can find one it would be easier.

No TJuggy work tonight but a good Buddy's last day at work is next Friday so I'm making a going away gift. I need to weigh it but it's going to be a very heavy lamp. Speed square for reference.

Thought you all might like it.

Been busy with other stuff going on the past few weeks. Traveling for work this coming week so won't get to work on the jeep this week either. Also I've come to the conclusion I hate body work or at least dent pulling. First time dent pulling but I just need to get it close since it will get covered up. Also got the passenger side guard on. I was hoping I could get behind the dent from the inside but I can't without cutting the inner panel out.

I blame lower rattle rock at windrock for the dent

Also the lamp weighed nearly 60lbs

Boat sides in progress

A little more cutting and then it's time to bolt them up. Boatsides from https://davescustomsunlimited.com

I have about 10 or so other projects going on around the house so haven't had much jeep time. Anyway the nutserts finally came in and I got the passenger side boat side bolted up. I decided to put nutserts on the 2 front and the back bolts since there's a pocket there in the tub. Eventually I will make reinforcement plates to tie these into the tub under the seats as well as the cage.

I didn't call it project procrastination for nothing. Anyway my wife and son are visiting my mom for the next week so I'm taking advantage of not having them here. Split level house with only one way up to bedrooms... new stair treads and no more carpet.
Treads will be stained dark, risers and sides will be white. Hardwood will be replaced as well to match the upper and lower level.

Also, I saw this shirt and I think I need it.

Hey looking at your sig is that saying both the 60 and 14b will be shaved? For what it's worth I used Ballistic Fab kits on both of my axles and really happy with them. Took 1" off the 60 with a nice flat bottom surface and I want to say like 2.25" off the 14b. I measured them against a buddy's TJ Rubicon and factored in axle tube diameter after measuring the lowest point to the axle tube. I was 1/8" better out back and 1/16" worse in front. Not bad

Maybe I should fix it. I don't plan to shave the 60. I have the ballistic 14b shave.
That's pretty good comparison

I'm loving this project. You're only an hour and a half north of me too. You ever go to the Jeep nights in E-town on wednesdays?

Project Procrastination, a TJuggy Build 42" pitbulls, stretched, on tons

Decided to slightly a different route.
Looking for a Ford 4wd C4 transmission. It will get rebuilt and some upgrades but looking for one.
It doesn't have as low a first gear compared to a 4L60 but doesn't require a special adapter or a TCM.

Never heard of it in E-town Ky. I'm from Louisville, but moved to Columbus for work. If it was E-Town IN I would go. It's literally about 300 yards from where I live

Picked up a c4 from one buddy and my Dana 60 back from another over the weekend.

Has anyone ever traveled to India for work? Looks like I'm going sometime in the coming month for 2 weeks.

I've sent many people there, but have never been there myself. Where are you headed?
