I still have quite a few things I need to get finished up from the tub swap. I need to get all my accessories like OBA lines, rock lights, baja rack etc re-installed. I also need to paint the grill, hood, rear flares and tailgate. And I need to build some frame tie-ins for the cage. I did get my windshield frame sanded down and primed. Still need to throw some paint on it.

My guess is once I finally get the cage done and get my jeep back down here, I still have a full months worth of work before I can say that I'm finally done with the tub swap.

While I am glad I went this route to fix the damage, I will say that I never plan on doing this again. If I roll it again, I'm just gonna rock it how it is

I like the cage design and hard work to repair after a roll over. I'd have to agree with you and probably would only do that work once.

Quick question do you know what thread and bolts you used to bolt the cage? I'm removing the old torx ones, and quickly realize I won't be putting them back in so looking for a good replacement.

I don't remember what exact thread pitch they were. Maybe 3/8's? I just took my old torx bolts with me to the hardware store.

Thanks. I went to the hardware store on the way home and forgot to grab the old bolts. Lucky for me though I save most things and I found 8 bolts to use for my initial setup. I will be able to get the rest i need from the store tomorrow.

Unfortunately I donít think thereís anyway I can make it happen. Jeep still needs a lot done to make it trail ready. I honestly didnít think Moab was going to be open for us to go so I didnít really push to get it ready like I normally would.

Got the cage finished up today. Just had to trim up the rear Poison Spyder TJ add in kit. About an inch and half had to come off the C-pillar spreader and about 2 inches off the B to C spreaders. Like the way it turned out.

Brought it back down to my house for sanding and paint.

Thanks buddy. This PS TJ rear kit was pretty easy to add in. If I remember right it was about $150 and a little bit of time trimming it to size.
