Nice work! I'm another ME major, currently planning out a similar 3/4 link. Definitely taking notes

Been making slow but steady progress. All the rear brackets have been mounted other than the strut brackets.

Full Droop

About a inch till bump. Need to cut the floor to get that extra inch.

Great looking build. Always good to see TJ's getting the Tons. I may have missed it do you have a body lift? I've got a 1'' on mine and couldn't hardly get by with out it. Makes rear bump way easier and the upper 3 link easier to weld and move in. Only thing I'm really missing that you have is the ORI's. Good work!

Thanks man, its a work in progress for sure. I have 1.25" body lift but with it being so low i cant get around cutting into the body. Gonna have to cut into it anyways for the struts to be mounted so no big deal. Hopefully ill get the 3 link mocked up this week. The bracket that I designed should be tight enough to the frame that it wont rub the driveshaft but will see.

It has been awhile since i updated this and the jeep is still unfortunately in pieces...However i have the rear strut mounts in and final welded minus the gussets, crossbar and filling the frame notch. Also got the tub clearanced and the wheelwells cut but i still have to fill everything back in. Right now I am set at 7 inches of uptravel in the rear at a 21 inch frame height.

My front frame also disappeared in the search for uptravel

Here is where i am currently at in the frame rebuild process. Should allow 6.5" of uptravel.

This thread may have died....but i am still kicking it. The build is currently taking a drastic turn towards a 4800/4500 class U4 build. Here are some concept pictures.
