Congrats on the payoff! I just bought my Jeep last year so I'm a few years away from paying mine off. My interest is super low (1.99%) that I don't even really mind the payments.

Let me tell you, the tow rig was one of my best Jeep upgrades. Traveling to Moab was so much more comfortable, easier to pack and cheaper.

After our Moab trip. Clara was like "you should buy a truck for these long trips" I just said "good idea"

I've towed my jeep on a few trips and it is so nice riding home in 'luxury'.

Anyone dig into their copy of this month's Off Road Adventures magazine?

It's smaller than the drw version.

Full floater 14 bolt out of a suburban. The guy was so nice as to even take the drums off for me.

I should have the funds to finish it by thus winter but I also want to do the front at the same time which will require a lot more funds. So if I can sell a bunch of Sprinklers and tool cabinets I should have it done by winter.

Here are my plans for that monster. Please feel free to comment add or take away.

Locker--Leaning most toward the ARB or Yukon Zip. The Yukon looks to be couple hundred bucks cheaper which is nice and has a warranty on other parts if it breaks. Just don't know if it is worth the risk. There is also the Detroit style which is about half the price...

5.13's--Want to stay with that gear ratio

Disc break kit--Leaning most toward the ECGS kit. It's only $300 for the whole thing but has no provision for an E-brake, but who really needs one of those anyways...

Some sort of shave kit--Leaning most toward the Crane which gives 1" additional clearance without the need of machinning the ring gear and comes with a stout dif cover. There is also the the TMR kit and the Ballistic Fab kit. Heard bad things about ballistic fab kit but it provides 2" of additional clearance if you can work around them and you get a good kit.

Anything I'm missing or you would change?
