Bedlining my Jeep

I've been wanting to bedline for a while to help prevent rust and make it easier to clean. So far the results are great

Jeeping the Washington Backcountry Discovery Route

My buddy and I just got around to Jeeping the WABDR over this past four days! Great trip, would highly recommend.

Here are a compilation of clips from it. There was really too much natural beauty to capture

Custom Shift Knob

Put on a custom shift knob just for fun. Sad that you have to destroy the OEM one to get it off

How to Test for a Parasitic Draw

After installing a new rearview mirror with a compass & temperature setting I found my battery was dying every 3 days or so. Thought I had a short but it turns out the mirror just needs to be wired to the ignition otherwise it'll drain.

Anyway, in the process of discovering this I learned how to test for a short/parasitic draw and neatened up my battery terminals.

Was it a factory rearview mirror you installed? If so, where did you find one at? Those aren't easy to come by that I have found. But haven't looked in a while. Want one for my LJ.

No, not a factory. I removed my factory one because the glass had some weird sort of stains on it... I think from getting wet. I installed a Gentex 177 that had a compass and thermometer... I got it from some guys on this forum/a Facebook page

Thanks for the offer. I will probably get on like you put in to replace what I have. Mine was placed off center by previous owner so it needs moved anyways.

MetalCloak Fenders!

Super excited to finally get these and put them on. Turned out to be a pain of an install but I'm very happy with the results!

Good job on the fender install. Here is pic of mine with overlines in powder coat red and clear for the aluminum bits. I liked the contrast look of the aluminum on the red. Goes with the factory decals.

I see from you plate you are in Washington. Where abouts? I live in Puyallup.

Ooooh all red! Interesting. You should paint those vents red as well

Also no way! I live in Lakewood only about 20-30 minutes away. I've been here for a little over a year
