Replaced all the fuel lines with the correct hosing finally. Out with the ptfe and in with the rubber.

Pulled the adjustable fuel regulator and added the gauge inline on the feed line

Ordered a 14lb spring to bump up the factory regulator within the throttle body

And picked up some 2Ē spacers for the front to help tuck my hubs into the wheels some

I forgot to mention, my oil cooler adapter put my oil filter right into my driveshaft so I ordered up a remote filter conversion which I can still use my cooler inline with it. Just got to figure out where I want to put it that is still convenient for oil changes.

Got the spacers on today. Now my hubs are much safer, although the front tires are completely outside the Jeep. Zero fender coverage

Got my hinges on today, and just my luck I have to break out the drill and grinder for these too lol the welded the ends of the pins. Also these are much thinner than the stock hinges. While they are steel, the feel is kinda cheap.

AzDevilYJ's build thread... finally

Ground the welds down and then punched the pins out. Finally a victory, small one but still.

Watching paint dry now... but a beautiful overcast day

Junkyard adventures from last sat.

Pulled this beast, then realized it was a d50 after it was out so we left it for some lucky person

Ordered another water pump cuz I like to waste money. Canít hurt, but It was highly recommended to me running a similar setup and the reviews online are excellent.

FlowKooler hi volume has a special impeller that moves a lot more water more efficiently

Cool. A water pump that says it is for rock crawling. I need to get some reliable gauges in my Jeep so I can get a better handle on typical operating temp. This will certainly be something to keep in mind if needed.

Iím running the factory yj gauges. They seem to be accurate. My gauge reads the same as the area around the sensor.

I do have an adapter to fit the yj sensor into the Chevy head so now that Iím thinking about it, it could be reading high because the head is heating the adapter? Not sure if thatís a thing tho.

That is most likely my issue. I have all of the GM sensors wired to the YJ gauges. I have been wanting to go with aftermarket anyway to get a fuel level gauge that works with the fuel cell and a trans temp gauge. I am going with the cheaper lines of Autometer gauges, Autogauge and Z series.
