It will still be pretty close for comfort, and do you think it will still probably contact under motor twist? That would hear the floor board up pretty bad

With the poly AA bushings I don't think I get much drivetrain flex under load at all. My suspension sure twists when I put it in 4 low and hold the brake though

I'm curious as to what to do with the wires that plugged into the firewall bulkhead on the driver side.

Our jeeps have the same type of setup. Is that we're the engine and chassis harness plug into the underdash fuse box or what?

I cut those wires out of the plug because it was pack full of a black resin and I didn't wana make a mess of that crap. Im assuming those wires are the fused wires or am I way off?

It looks like they're the + 12v key-on feed for the sensors, etc. What's the best way to feed these key on power? Junction box to a single wire splice? Or fuse box?

Found a bulkhead pinout for a 94 YJ in another thread, and supposedly 93-95 are the same.

Idk why the second one showed up so small. Ill scan in what I printed and post it larger since its the more important one

Edit - Actually they are the same, just show the male and female versions of the connectors, but the pinouts are identical

Got the quick dc fittings in the mail and the jeep fuel lines I can say now are both 5/16" and fit the new fittings perfectly!

Also got my prefilter today!!

Got the fuel lines hooked up. It was a pita to cut the braided line with old dikes but I managed. I took the second pic before I hooked up the return, but you get the idea. The fittings all worked out perfect. Now cross my fingers for no leaks but we can cross that path when we breathe life back into her soon! I should mention that I did have to move the ign coil To the firewall for the return line clearance

Pulled the header and am looking at different options for headers. May go with center dump which for clearance of everything other than the motor mounts, may be the best option or go with manifold replacement shorty header. Hedman makes a YJ 350 swap, but then stainless version would be outa my budget for that. The ram horn manifolds are the overall best option for price, reliability and overall clearance but man I think they look lame as F. Name: image-1657645693.jpg
